About Sue . . .
Sue Herrick is President and owner of Distinctive Destinations Downunder.
She has owned her own company for over 30 years and has been heavily involved in the promotion of travel to Australia and the South Pacific to North American travelers for over 42 years.
Sue was born in Australia and was educated in Melbourne. She moved to the United States in 1964 and, after a stint with the Australian Embassy (Department of the Navy), she moved to Nassau, Bahamas where she secured a job with Qantas Airways.
On her return to the United States in 1971, she joined Tourism Australia, and in 1982 started her business to promote and generate business to Australia.
Sue currently resides in Monteagle, Tennessee where she is active with several community activities, Kiwanis Club, volunteer work with Head Start and was recently named Chairman of the Tourism Board for the Monteagle Chamber of Commerce.
Sue works with and represents some of the finest destinations and looks forward to serving you.
